Crash Course -

The Crash Course team has produced free, engaging videos on high school and college level topics ranging from the humanities to the sciences.  These courses have become to the casual learner through their YouTube channel. Topics include: Anatomy, History, Chemistry, Computer Science, Ecology, Government, Mythology, Psychology, Sociology, Study Skills and more! The videos do contain small pop-up ads that do not stop the video from playing. 

Khan Academy -

a nonprofit with the mission to provide a free, world-class education for anyone, anywhere. Excellent free and high quality resource for all K-12 subjects and for post-high school test prep.

Easy Step-by-step instructions for creating your parent and child accounts available in different languages.

National Geographic Kids -

NatGeo for Kids has a great balance of action games, quizzes, and and funny activities. These quizzes are quick, fun and easy and the action games offer a surprising variety of games to play (Our personal favorite is Dung Beetle Derby). Go here to learn more about animals and if you love trivia!
 

PBS Kids -

PBS Kids is a great source for educational and interactive games and videos featuring many children's favorite characters. Explore the town of Birdwell with everyone's favorite big red dog, Clifford, or create your own story with Pinkalicious's Story Maker! Go to the Videos, section and watch some of the best kids' educational shows on demand like Sesame Street, Curious George, Mister Rogers, the Cat in the Hat, and many more!

Starfall -

If you have young ones (K through 3rd Grade) who are learning to read or need practice to improve their reading, check out Starfall! They have lot's of stories, songs, and games that will make learning letter sounds and reading fun! Some content is paid but a whole lot of it is absolutely free! 

TDOE PBS Class Schedule and Lesson Packets -

This Memphis PBS Channel 10...Broadcast programming, developed by the Tennessee Department of Education in partnership with teachers across the state, will cover English language arts (ELA) and math for first through sixth grades. For seventh and eighth graders, recorded video lessons will be available online starting April 13.

 

TEL4U -

This is the Tennessee Electronic Library's (TEL's) website for grades Pre-K‐5 provides a safe place for kids to go online for educational and fun websites. It includes: eBooks, Homework Help, State History, Look it Up (a link to free encyclopedias like World Book), Games and Activities.
